Since working towards our International Schools Award, Bourne Primary School has made tremendous strides in developing a programme of embracing different languages and cultures, and empowering our students to become global citizens. Global Citizenship is one of the key drivers in our curriculum and is included in planning for all years groups. We have been participating in The World's Largest Lesson for the past four years and have been using the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals [SDGs] to direct our activities.

 

This year we have a seven project plan to achieve accreditation form the British Council for our International learning. We are liaising with our partner school, The Savvy School in Pakistan on three of these projects.
