GET ACTIVE TOGETHER
Initially we decided to try our best to become healthier over a half term period but this has extended to much of the year. We have learned new playground games to make sure we make the most of our time outside. Forest school and gardening have been extra outdoor activities to enjoy and we have cooked healthy meals with produce grown in our school garden. Even in lockdown we joined together for regular workouts at home. We have also introduced meditation and tai chi for mental well -being in our classes.
